Property Description

This is a spacious apartment that occupies the entire 5th floor of the building. There is a private entrance from the elevator with a secure locking door, as well as a second entrance in the back that allows for easy access to this space. With walls washed in a calming yellow to compliment the warm wood furniture throughout, this apartment is a luxurious delight. The living and dining area feature floor to ceiling, wall-to-wall windows in the front, wide panel dark wood floors and plush leather couches. Although the furnishings are substantial in size, there is plenty of open floor space. A large tiled balcony with beautiful greenery and tall trees surrounding is accessible from the master bedroom as well as the living room. There is a formal dining table to seat six and a built in bookcase in the living/dining area. The kitchen features a smaller table for 4, a dishwasher, two sinks, full sized refrigerator, huge window, and plenty of counter and storage space. The master bedroom has 2 very large closets for storage as well as a dresser and large bed flanked by nightstands. The private master bathroom, off of the bedroom includes a Jacuzzi tub and large vanity with shelving and additional storage below. The second bedroom is bathed in light from the generous windows, there are two twin beds that can be converted to one with ease, and a closet that fills the entire wall--with shelving, drawer and hanging space concealed behind sliding doors. (Not pictured due to remodeling at the time of the shoot. All furnishings will be brand new) It is obvious that much attention has been paid to the details in the décor as it flows nicely from room to room. On the roof of the building is a shared terrace that provides a magnificent view of the city, and there is a soothing private garden on the ground floor for residents only, complete with well manicured lawn, flowers and plant-life, benches and lamplight.
